I’m Caroline Vanderhaeghe, a residential real estate broker with RE/MAX Horizon, serving the Greater Quebec City area.

An entrepreneur for many years, I spent ten years running an interior renovation business before becoming a residential real estate broker.

That experience taught me to look beyond the photos: to see the potential of a space, consider what could be improved, but also ask the right questions before moving forward. It’s a perspective I enjoy sharing with my clients, whether they’re looking for their next home or preparing to sell their current property.

What I enjoy most about my work is understanding the project behind the address. Why are you selling now? What kind of place would you like to call home? What truly matters to you? I take the time to listen to your answers, explain each step clearly, and share my advice openly and honestly. And whenever questions come up, I’m there to discuss them with you.
